Vacation Rental Management

We advertise your property on social media and our website, manage bookings, arrange for cleaning, greet customers with the keys at check in and arrive for check out to assess for damage, solve any problems guests may run into, and be their concierge to everything Los Barriles-fishing, tours, airport pickup etc

 

Cost: 20% of the Booking Fee plus $30 a month for website and marketing.

Initial Intake one time fee $75- Pays for photos, website design, Airbnb setup and our recommendations for increasing your customer experience

What to Expect

Step 1: Agree to Contract, CLICK HERE (You will need the password from us)

Step 2: Head to our Owner's Intake Page Password: owner Fill out the house survey to be sure we have all the details we need for future guests and managing your property.

Step 3: We’ll schedule photos to be done by us or arrange professional photos (typically $300). If the house has recent listing photos those can be sent to info@losbarriles.life

Step 4: We get your house listed on our website, this automatically lists it to airbnb, google vacations, booking.com and more.

Step 5: We get bookings by featuring your house as a new listing on our social media platforms, on Everything Los Barriles and our website www.losbarriles.life

Step 6: You'll be given an owner only website specific to your house and password protected. Here you'll find your calendar so you're always up to date on bookings.
